Per adult, in AUD, including one 15kg checked bag.

Research only. No flights or fares are on sale. No personal details needed. You must be 18 or older to take part.

Our purpose

Living regional shouldn’t cost more.

Too many regional Australians pay more to fly, or don’t fly at all, and miss out on family, healthcare, work and opportunity because of it. Here’s how we plan to change that.

01

Built with your voice.

Your survey answers decide which towns and routes we look at first.

02

Simple, fair fares.

Four fixed fares with bags included. No paid seat selection, no hidden extras.

03

Direct where it matters.

Flights that link regional towns to the places people actually need to go.

04

No surprises.

Simple, fixed fare types. Know exactly what you get before you book.

05

Looking after those who served.

Partner-supported fares so veterans can get home to family and community.

Founder’s statement

A Promise to Regional Australia

Your postcode should never determine your opportunities in life.

But for too many regional Australians, it still does.

I grew up in regional NSW. I’ve seen it firsthand.

It’s the flight you can’t afford. The job you can’t take. The moments you can’t get back.

I believe regional Australia deserves better.

Distance shouldn’t mean disadvantage. Opportunity shouldn’t end where the city does.

That’s why I’m building National Connect.

To make flying more affordable. To connect communities. To make it easier to take that job, see that specialist or be there for the people who matter.

Because where you live should never limit where you can go.

Have your say

Questions

Straight answers.

Is National Connect a real airline?

Not yet. National Connect is a proposed regional airline in development. We don’t hold an Air Operator’s Certificate and we don’t operate or sell flights.

When will you start flying?

There’s no date yet. We’ll only fly once the approvals, aircraft, crews and funding are in place. Sign up under “Stay updated” to hear about each milestone.

Can I book a flight?

No. Nothing is on sale. If anyone claims to be selling National Connect tickets, it isn’t us.

Where will you fly?

That isn’t decided yet. Your survey answers help us choose which towns and routes to look at first.

How much will fares cost?

Prices will be confirmed before launch. We’re planning four simple fare types with bags included, and no paid seat selection or hidden extras.

Regional airlines have struggled before. Why will this be different?

We’re building step by step and in the open: listening to communities first, building an experienced team, funding the airline properly and getting approved. Tickets only go on sale once all of that is done.

Who is behind National Connect?

National Connect was founded by Brenton Knight, who grew up in regional NSW.

What happens to my survey answers?

They’re used for route research and shared only as combined, de-identified results. The survey doesn’t ask for your name or email. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Privacy Policy

National Connect is being developed with regional Australia. Here's how we intend to handle information shared through this website.

Last updated: 28 October 2026 · Pre-launch policy

Read the full Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

“National Connect” is a proposed regional airline project, not an operating airline. It is a business name registered to Brenton Knight (ABN 34 275 568 463), who is responsible for personal information collected through this website. For privacy enquiries, contact privacy@nationalconnect.com.au.

2. What information we collect

This website and its forms are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Flight interest: your town or suburb, preferred departure and destination, reasons for travel, expected travel frequency and the maximum one-way fare you suggest. We do not ask for your name or email in this survey. A combination of responses and technical information may nevertheless be capable of identifying someone in some circumstances.

Update sign-ups: your email address and, if you choose, your postcode.

Business and media enquiries: your name, email address, organisation (if provided), enquiry type and message.

Technical information: the hosting provider and third-party services may receive information such as IP address, browser/device details, access times and basic request logs. The site also requests fonts from Google Fonts, which can involve your browser contacting Google. We do not intentionally ask for health, financial or other sensitive personal information. Please do not include it in free-text messages.

3. Why we collect it

We use flight-interest responses to assess potential routes, community demand and indicative pricing, and to prepare de-identified, combined research for potential airline operators, partners and investors. We use business-enquiry details to assess and respond to the specific enquiry, maintain relevant correspondence and manage legitimate project administration. We use technical information to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the website.

Providing information is voluntary. If you do not complete the survey, we cannot include your preferences in our research; if you do not provide contact details for a business enquiry, we may be unable to reply. No information is collected because of a legal requirement through these forms.

4. Who receives information

Authorised project personnel and contracted service providers may access information where needed for the purposes above. Form submissions are stored in a private Google Sheets spreadsheet controlled by National Connect, using Google’s services. Emails you send us, and our replies, are handled through our email provider, Zoho Mail. We may share aggregated or appropriately de-identified survey findings with potential operators, partners and investors; we do not intend to share identifiable survey responses for those purposes. We do not sell personal information or provide enquiry contact details to third parties for their independent marketing.

Information may also be disclosed where required or authorised by law. A change in service providers or intended uses will require review of this policy and, where necessary, a new collection notice or consent.

5. Overseas processing

Hosting, form-processing and font services may process data outside Australia. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare), form storage provider (Google) and email provider (Zoho) may process and store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We will assess appropriate contractual and security safeguards for any overseas handling.

6. Marketing and consent

We only send update emails if you give your email and tick the separate updates box. Every email will identify National Connect and include an unsubscribe link, as required by the Spam Act 2003. Business enquiries are never added to a marketing list.

7. Storage, security and retention

We aim to limit access to authorised people, use reputable providers and apply reasonable technical and organisational security controls. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. We will retain identifiable information only for as long as reasonably needed for its collection purpose or applicable legal obligations, and then securely delete or de-identify it where appropriate.

8. Access, correction and complaints

You may request access to, or correction or deletion of, personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by contacting privacy@nationalconnect.com.au. We will assess requests and respond within a reasonable period, subject to applicable law and our ability to identify the relevant record. Because the flight survey does not request a name, it may not be possible to locate an individual survey response.

If you are dissatisfied with our response and the Privacy Act applies, you may be able to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as National Connect develops, including if our legal entity, technology providers or data practices change. The latest version and update date will be shown here. Any material new purpose for using information will be assessed separately rather than assumed to be covered by an old consent.

FAIR GO FARES IN DEVELOPMENT

Proposed inclusions

These are proposed fares, not tickets on sale. All benefits, including baggage, flexibility, changes and refund options, require agreement with a future operating airline. Conditions may change before launch.
